About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Analyst to join our IT Services team at Amadeus. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring sourcing improvements, and providing input in contract negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing processes for IT services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Manage vendor risks, conduct audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Participate in Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for IT products and services, and support the contracting and renewal of Sourcing requests.
  4. Act as the liaison between the Purchasing department and business stakeholders, providing guidance on Purchasing processes and managing issues and escalations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing.
  3. Proficient in English, both written and oral.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and Excel.
  5. Familiarity with Governance (CoBIT), Sourcing/outsourcing (eSCM/IAOP), and Financial management (Budget planning) frameworks/methodologies.
  6. Strong numerical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
