Job Summary
We're seeking a Logistics Trainee to join our team. As a Logistics Trainee, you will be responsible for controlling outbound and inbound logistics, managing inventory, and coordinating transportation. You will work closely with our internal customers to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Logistics
- Monitor new orders and prepare re-orders
- Coordinate shipping and documentation
- Manage VAS coordination
- Review booking lists and status of inbound ASN
- Prioritize inbound deliveries and handle discrepancies
- Manage logistics and transport incidents
- Improve processes with feedback from sales channels
- Manage inventory levels and conduct audits
- Handle transport incidents and customs clearance
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in ADE, Economics, or similar
- Master's in Supply Chain is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
- Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and team-oriented skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Excellent analytical capability
- Fluent in English
- Available for a 6-month internship
