Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at SG Tech. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in economics and business administration, along with a deep understanding of banking products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in banking products to drive project success.
  • Analyze financial statements and capital metrics to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product owners to gather project requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Lead both functional and technical teams, ensuring clear communication with senior management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in project management office (PMO) roles and agile methodologies.
  • Draft comprehensive functional documentation and translate it into actionable guides for technical teams.
  • Manage projects under tight deadlines, employing a problem-solving mindset to address risks and dependencies.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs and strategic goals.
  • Oversee budget management scenarios and maintain a proactive approach to project topics.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst with a focus on project leadership.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with distribution methods.
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
