We are in search of a talented Senior Business Analyst to spearhead and enhance the business analysis capabilities within our internal IT department. This role entails establishing standards, methodologies, and metrics for Business Analysis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in examining and evaluating business processes and technology throughout the organization, recommending and defining modifications to achieve higher efficiency and introduce new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business analysis for all solutions, collaborating with relevant internal and external technology and business experts. Oversee and manage the execution of business analysis across all IT domains. Formalize and advance the business analysis function by defining methodologies, setting standards, and establishing performance metrics, along with training and mentoring the broader team. Perform capability, capacity, and demand assessments for Business Analysis. Assess managed service options for Business Analysis to fulfill demand. Contribute to the development and management of IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and policies/standards as required. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of all business analysis artifacts, including process maps, requirements templates, and data flow diagrams. Provide direct support to supplier selection, business engagement, and project implementation teams by offering insights and evaluating proposals (both internal and external), as well as developing business cases for new technology investments. Collaborate with business partners, architecture, implementation, and service delivery teams to define the scope of technical projects, assisting in identifying and articulating goals, risks, issues, and resource needs. Offer process and technical consultancy for application and infrastructure requirements, working across technology and business teams to ensure a consistent approach and adherence to technical design standards. Work alongside other business and technology subject matter experts to define and execute the IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap. Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts and advocate for the department, its members, and its relationships across IT and the business.

Desired Qualifications:

BA Accreditation (IIBA CCBA, CBAP, or equivalent). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated experience in business analysis. Extensive technical expertise in creating process maps, analyses, and solution definitions. Proven experience working within multi-skilled technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, successfully collaborating with infrastructure teams and third-party service providers. Understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks, as well as change management processes. Relevant experience in international programs and projects. Experience in managing product selection processes. Comprehensive technical knowledge related to system technology and data flows.
