- Collaborate with IT/Technology Leadership to ensure procurement strategies align with strategic IT initiatives and overarching business objectives.

- Oversee the identification, evaluation, selection, and negotiation of suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance in collaboration with IT leadership through regular assessments and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency within the IT category.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout the procurement process.
- Mitigate risks associated with the IT supply chain, including financial, operational, and geopolitical factors.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices, supplier selection, and contract management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in IT procurement to maintain a competitive advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Approximately seven years of demonstrated experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- A strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications.
- Knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing principles.
- A proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, conduct financial analysis, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within the organization.
