About the Role:

Mango is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Store Opening Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire opening process of our stores, ensuring a seamless and successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup of the store from goods delivery and stockroom organization to product merchandising on the shop floor, adhering to Mango's standards.
  • Train the store team in all roles, including management, visual merchandising, sales assistant, cashier, and stockroom assistant.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure the store team is equipped to meet commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with supervisors and coordinators to support the store's needs and ensure successful operations.

Requirements and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail.
  • High level of English and French language proficiency. Additional languages are an asset.
  • Flexibility to travel 90% of the time, with a willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and openness to new cultures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for fashion and teamwork.
