About the Role

As a Service Coordinator for Robotics and Automation, you will be part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Develop the ABB team, processes and customer deliverables, with an aim to achieve the target customer satisfaction levels and meeting other business targets.
  • Coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines.
  • Showcase expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

Work Model

The work model for this role is hybrid.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
  • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
  • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
  • Coordination of System Service sales and execution activities.

Requirements

  • You are knowledgeable and highly skilled in industrial IT solutions and the industrial automation market.
  • IT skills and experience in a non-industrial setting will also have a good fit for this role.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 3 years of experience in leading teams – either formally or informally (such as project teams).
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of the programming languages & architectures.net ;web skills (typescript,css,html, ), Rabbit-Mqtt, SQL and Angular.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or IT or similar.
  • You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. Other European languages are valued.
  • You hold current car drivers license valid in Spain and permission to live and work in Spain.
