Program Overview:
- A 6-month internship program in our state-of-the-art office in Madrid, starting in January (flexible 1 month).
- A comprehensive introduction to Revenue Management principles and techniques.
- A unique opportunity to learn from our experienced Cluster Revenue Managers and develop your skills in Revenue Management strategies and tactics.
- Hands-on experience with the latest revenue management systems and tools in the hospitality industry.
- Work on various hotels and markets, allowing you to gain diverse experience and learn from different scenarios.
- Regular feedback and coaching sessions to validate your knowledge and progress.
- Opportunities to participate in business meetings directly with hotels and apply your knowledge.
- If successful, opportunities to join the team permanently as an Associate Junior Revenue Manager.
What You'll Learn:
- Induction to Radisson Hotel Group Culture and Beliefs, leadership foundations, and Brands architecture.
- A structured program covering Revenue Management foundations principles and techniques.
- Interactive training on key systems and tools.
- Exposure to other teams and business units linked to Revenue management (i.e. Distribution, Marketing).
- One-to-one mentorship with regular feedback.
- Understanding of current Business focus.
- Continuous in-role development through close collaboration with our team of experts.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a commercially focused, result-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow thanks to feedback. You should demonstrate passion for Revenue Management, hospitality, and learning.
Requirements:
- Be eligible to work in the European Union. Internship based in Madrid.
- Have an internship agreement from your university.
- Speak and write English fluently. Any additional languages are considered a plus.
Selection Process:
