Chad Management Group is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts for new development communities in the GTA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Chad Management Group remains competitive and innovative
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
