Sales Director New Development

At Chad Management Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales for our New Development Communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts to drive growth and success in the GTA market.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall sales activities, including market research, sales presentations, and tracking of sales and marketing trends.
- Work closely with our corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of our brand and messaging.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize purchase value and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of internal/external sales staff to execute residential sales campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to Senior Management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry/market trends and innovations to inform product design and pricing.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional sales leadership position in an active real estate market.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional oral and written presentation skills.
