Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Insights Team for the Product Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making data essential in key decision making across Exoticca Travel Co.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights based on data.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis based on Product Department needs.
  • Manage multiple data sources and identify process improvements in how the data is tracked and reported.
  • Collaborate with the Product team and stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and identify opportunities for new or enhancing existing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, with heavy focus on product performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Good understanding of how the ecosystem of a product department works and the main KPIs it manages.
  • Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
