Our Mission

We're seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic recruitment and management of global suppliers who provide services in over 100 languages. Your goal will be to ensure available resources for all projects at all times and work closely with internal teams to guarantee operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement technology and processes to ensure scalability and efficacy.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in the localization and translation industry.
  • Develop initiatives to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  • Assess vendor qualifications and experience.
  • Guarantee compliance and adherence to ISO requirements.
  • Work alongside the Quality team and the Technology Team to seek improvements in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead vendor engagement initiatives.
  • Promote internal communication to align needs, priorities, and expectations.
  • Generate relevant reporting of the department and complete thorough analysis.

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven with a high energy level.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Highly proactive.
  • 2 years of vendor management, human resources, administrative, or translation-related roles in an international environment.
  • Previous experience within the translation industry is a must.
  • Recruiting background is a plus.
  • Experience in roles that demand strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates respect for and appreciation of different cultural perspectives.
  • Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Translation, or related field, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar industry.
