**Mission Statement**

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Ecommerce Merchandise Planner to join our Digital team at Hackett. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales at the highest possible margin and sell-through.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and in-season additions based on in-season performance and distribute leftover stock to off-season channels.
  • Develop and implement a markdown strategy for our ecommerce assortment, coordinating activities with ecommerce teams and facilitating alignment with retail teams.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical support to key stakeholders prior, during, and after seasons through reports based on sell-in/sell-out information, returns data, and stock levels.
  • Partner with Traders to analyze weekly sales reports and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions during trade meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including trading, digital intelligence, performance marketing, operations, and supply chain, to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Communicate inventory status, sales trends, and potential supply chain issues to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, or related roles within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
