Inetum Consulting est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie et transformation. Nous sommes présents en Europe et en Afrique, avec un collectif de 450 consultants pluridisciplinaires. Nous accompagnons les entreprises et les organisations publiques dans leurs projets stratégiques autour de cinq offres majeures : CIO Advisory, Sustainability, Data & GenAI, Transformation & Change, Corporate Functions Advisory.

Description du Poste

Nous recherchons un Consultant Senior en Transformation pour renforcer notre équipe Financial Services. Vos missions porteront sur les thématiques suivantes :

  • Data : définir, piloter et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Data auprès des Chief Data Officers ; identifier et mettre en place des cas d'usage Data/IA ; élaborer des offres de services Data ; conduire des missions de cadrage sur la Data governance.
  • Transformation ESG & Innovation : participer au cadrage et à la mise en œuvre de programmes de transformation au sein des métiers - banque de détail, CIB, assurance – et de leurs fonctions à l'échelle internationale ; évaluer les impacts ESG sur la chaine de valeur de l'activité distribution, marketing, risque, reporting, etc.
  • Risk & Compliance : contribuer à l'alignement de modèles opérationnels aux contraintes règlementaires, à la structuration de TOM, à l'efficacité opérationnelle, à la promotion d'une culture risque, à la définition d'une stratégie et d'une gouvernance data ; développer des cas d'usage data et IA pour les fonctions de contrôle de la banque ; piloter la gestion des risques opérationnels et du risque crédit.
  • IT Strategy & Sustainable IT : aider les DSI et les métiers à définir leur nouvelle frontière technologique grâce aux solutions émergentes ; définir et mettre en place les plans de réduction d'empreinte environnementale des banques sur leur propre périmètre ; participer à la transition vers le Cloud.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur, IEP ou université de premier plan. Vous disposez d'une ou plusieurs expériences significatives dans le conseil pour les services financiers. Vous avez des compétences et une appétence pour le digital, les nouvelles technologies, l'innovation. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et possédez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi que des capacités relationnelles et pédagogiques.
