Customer Transformation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Transformation Consultant to join our team at Idean. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients drive digital transformation and achieve business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to define requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage expectations and needs of clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Present and defend solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in strategic consultancy for a Consultant role.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in strategic consultancy for a Senior Consultant role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, commercial and/or attention models, and strategy definition for digital channels.
  • High or native level of competence in Spanish and English (at least C1).
  • Willingness to travel.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Business and results-oriented mindset.
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • High degree of skills in presentation and experience in presenting results to high directives and CxOs.
  • Experience managing teams.

Location:

  • Madrid or Barcelona.
