Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team in Munich. As a Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business problems and develop solutions to drive transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive transformation and growth.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a transformation topic or in consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management/administration, Finance, or related topics (advanced degree preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. For the Munich location, German (B2+) is required.
