- Develop and implement effective disaster response plans to ensure timely and efficient mitigation of property damage.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide professional opinions on mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized fleet of vehicles and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and build trust in our brand.
- 5+ years of experience in disaster response, property damage mitigation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing effective disaster response plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certifications in IICRC-ASD, WRT, or other relevant certifications.
