### Project Manager - Disaster Recovery

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Disaster Recovery efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the scope of our Disaster Recovery and Backup and restoration tests is defined and agreed with stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the scope of Disaster Recovery and Backup and restoration tests is defined and agreed with stakeholders.
* Follow up the execution of the test with the IT teams.
* Identify risks and raise escalations to C level.
* Provide technical support on cloud solutions.
* Formalize the required documentation including: Test plans Test reports Schedules and planning Committees preparation, animation, and follow-up of meeting minutes and actions

### Preferred Experience

* Experience managing Disaster Recovery of IT solutions, including in cloud (PaaS, IaaS) in a regulated environment (Banking, Insurance, etc.).
* Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT infrastructure topics. Cloud (AWS and Azure). Disaster Recovery. Backup and restore.

### Skills and Abilities

* 10+ years of experience in Project management (experience in large/international project or program management is a plus).
* Both strategic and practical/hands-on approach to deliver concrete results and to structure the environment to drive actions.
* Excellent active listening and communication skills at various levels of hierarchy/seniority levels/countries/cultures: ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (from operational to executive), quickly incorporate feedback and adjust accordingly.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence peers and senior colleagues.
* Ability to steer groups over which he/she has no formal authority and with competing expectations: Business Stakeholders, Group Professional Families, Experts, Communities, etc.
* Ability to anticipate risks or mitigate their impact/likelihood once they occur.
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in dynamic and matrixial situations.
* Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere in a moving environment.
* Interpersonal Skills: Team Player.
* Leadership skills to handle projects autonomously.
* Good communication and presentation skills.

### Background and Experiences

* IT operations, Cloud & strong project management culture.
* Technical Environment: On-premise, Azure, AWS, PaaS, and IaaS.
