About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team at Rollstack, a revolutionary company that's changing the way businesses share and communicate their data.

As a key member of our design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and creating exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making process regarding product direction.
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives, participate in weekly design reviews, and collaborate closely with engineers, the CPO, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Develop features and improvements that are shipped quickly and with exceptional quality.
  • Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
  • Validate design solutions with stakeholders.
  • Help establish early processes that uphold our attention to detail.
  • Assist in fostering a design culture within the company.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working as a product designer in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years working as a product designer in B2B SaaS targeting Enterprise customers.
  • Passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges.
  • Ability to think through complex interaction design.
  • Ability to express ideas through designs and prototypes (We use Figma).
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and Web integrations.
