We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our electrophysiology devices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Support: Serve as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development.
- Education and Training: Educate customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of our electrophysiology devices through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Case Support and Development: Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our electrophysiology systems and components.
- Training and Feedback: Provide initial and continuous training and feedback to development team and sales representatives on our electrophysiology devices, development process, products, and features.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how our products can help them achieve their goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Education: Successfully completed studies within Biomedical Sciences or a similar subject area.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in intracardiac navigation and electrophysiology, with professional industry experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (at least B2), with additional language skills appreciated.
- Personal Qualities: Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally, self-motivated, and able to influence others.
- Travel Requirements: Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload, with a focus on the Barcelona region.
