The Role
We're seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our Workforce Management (WFM) practice. This role will support our global operations efforts and collaborate with partner teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end WFM strategies to optimize forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of WFM initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in WFM, with a strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Business acumen and understanding of operational processes and systems.
