Job Title: Change Program Manager, EU Workforce Staffing

Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch) - D68 Workforce Staffing (WFS) is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS, enabling support of Amazon's first, middle, and last mile Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives
  • Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption
  • Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
  • Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
  • Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues
  • Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate down-stream problems
  • Understand interdependencies of programs
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading programs or projects
  • Experience in change lead roles
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Change Management qualified
  • Programme Management qualified
