We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team at Lastminute Group. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to profiled customers in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities- Serve both inbound and outbound customers in Italian, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sell cruise holidays to profiled customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all sales interactions.
- Proactive team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and a problem solver, with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communicator, both internally and externally, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with commercial targets, meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- NIE (Italian National Identity Card) required.
- Oriented towards business results, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
- Versatility, with the ability to adapt to changing sales environments and customer needs.
- Previous experience in the travel context or sales, with a strong understanding of the cruise industry.
- Contract: 10 months, with a probationary period of 6 months.
- Salary Range: Competitive.
