Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Cruise Expert to cater to the French and Italian markets at our Customer Hub.

Your Role

  • As a Cruise Expert, your primary task will be to transform leads into sales by establishing a trustworthy rapport with customers.
  • You will oversee multichannel interactions to achieve your productivity targets aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Acting as the foremost ambassador for Costa, you will promote our brand and create unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests.
Qualifications
  • Must reside in the Barcelona province
  • Fluent in French or Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in English or Spanish
  • Strong sales background
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
  • Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
  • Self-motivated and proactive
What We Offer

  • Full-time permanent contract from day one
  • 39 hours per week
  • Working hours for the French market: 9:00 to 18:00 or 9:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Working hours for the Italian market: rotating shifts between 9:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month (approximately)
  • Competitive salary with unlimited sales bonuses (salary range: between 20k and 25k gross/year) plus meal vouchers.
