About the Role

**Job Summary**

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for informed decision-making. This position will have an active role in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall P&L management. The Senior Financial Analyst oversees European markets and reports directly to the Regional Business Controller for Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to the Regional Business Controller and act as a Finance Partner to Regional & Local Leadership.
  • Track expenses and revenue vs. budget/forecast and reconcile variances, analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Drive analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, improving existing processes and techniques, recommending actions to improve profitability.
  • Determine cost of operations by establishing standard cost rates & related KPIs; maintain and improve consumption-based costing models; evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models.
