We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the correct implementation of all ongoing projects/initiatives under the scope of the team and providing accurate reporting on their status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Infinity EMEA Managers on a regular basis and provide relevant information to support their decision-making.
- Propose and advise new initiatives to help teams monitor cost and headcount figures.
- Interact with responsible individuals from other transversal initiatives and develop a fluent dialogue and coordination.
- Participate in the analysis of Infinity Transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement smart saving initiatives.
- Follow up on HC and FTE figures, actuals, budget, etc.
Requirements:
- Business school, university graduate, or master's degree in accounting, finance, or engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience in finance, including audit and consultancy firms and managing teams.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and organizational capacities.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and knowledge in BI tools (Alteryx and/or Power BI) is a plus.
