Job Objective

Assist in the Health & Safety initiatives at Vueling, adhering to the applicable laws and regulations in each country and the Company Policies concerning Health & Safety, to safeguard the well-being of all employees by identifying and mitigating (eliminating or reducing) work-related hazards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the legal and regulatory obligations related to Health & Safety that impact the Company's operations.
  • Plan and implement training and informational sessions on occupational risk prevention for employees.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and concerns raised by employees regarding Health & Safety.
  • Coordinate business operations in preventive health matters.
  • Measure and report on Health & Safety performance indicators.

Key Interactions

Engage with all departments within the Company, external vendors, third-party prevention services, union representatives, labor authorities, accident mutuals, and companies operating within Vueling facilities.

Qualifications

Higher Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.

Experience

Relevant experience and expertise in occupational risk prevention will be considered advantageous.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, contributing to team objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Language Proficiency

Desired: English B2, Spanish C1.
