Job Title: Business Development Manager with German

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with German language skills to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a charismatic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development or sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
  • Presenting and demonstrating the benefits of partnering with our company
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their business goals
  • Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and a good level of English
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Charismatic and able to capture people's attention
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and motivated by achieving sales goals
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
