Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled System and Network Engineer to join our team. As a seasoned professional with a passion for IT, you will be responsible for maintaining our product infrastructure, ensuring its operational resilience and security.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the health and performance of our product infrastructure.
- Alert Management: Swiftly address alerts within our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Server Administration: Install, configure, and manage servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Security Enforcement: Proactively apply patches to safeguard our infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
- Efficiency Optimization: Ensure our IT landscape is finely tuned for maximum efficiency.
- Linux and Windows Mastery: Expertise in both Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (2019 and beyond).
- Automation Excellence: Proficiency in tools like Ansible and Terraform for complex task orchestration.
- Advanced Networking: Adept at configuring and optimizing network infrastructure.
- Scripting Creator: Elegant scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Network Service Management: Ensure seamless operations with services like DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, SNMP, and more.
- Orchestration and Containers: Efficient deployment and scalability with Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Virtualization Expertise: Manage stable and secure virtual environments using Proxmox and VMware.
- Hyperconvergence Knowledge: Understanding of technologies like Nutanix, vSAN, VxRail, Ceph, and GlusterFS.
- Experience and Tenacity: Over 5 years of Level 2 and Level 3 support resolution experience.
- Frameworks and Standards: Adherence to industry best practices like ITIL and ISO standards.
