Job Title: Emea Senior Customer Education Specialist Electrophysiology

Boston Scientific is a leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient lives. We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Senior Customer Education Specialist Electrophysiology to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality education programs for employees and medical professionals in the Electrophysiology franchise. This role will focus on planning, designing, and coordinating training programs for field support personnel and customers, ensuring patient safety and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and customer education programs, implementing strategy, delivering objectives, and executing logistics while working effectively with stakeholders.
  • Define optimal delivery methods for each learner and develop blended approach programs that meet learning objectives.
  • Collaborate on the development of digital platforms and Learning Management System, defining needs and utilizing platforms in different curriculums.
  • Design, develop, and track e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums, ensuring application of best practices and learnings across the Med Ed Team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, serving as a liaison between educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish strong networking in the organization.
  • Identify, partner with, and manage resources to ensure meetings/events meet objectives, define and track budgets, and understand implications on general business management.
  • Evaluate program impact, reassess objectives and outcomes, and plan for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and trends related to responsibility and ensure compliance with governing agency guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Medical Education/Customer programs/Field support.
  • EP, 3D mapping, PFA, and Single Shot field support experience and expertise required (minimum 3 years).
  • Training and Medical Education background highly valued (2 years).
  • Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content highly valued.
  • University degree or equivalent required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP (disease, product, clinical).
  • Team player and collaboration attitude.

  • Fluent in English, additional European Language a plus.
  • Travel approximately 30%.
