Main Objective

Through this internship, you will expand your knowledge in conference organization by performing support tasks related to marketing campaign preparation, contact follow-up, and customer retention.

Main Tasks

  • Prepare marketing materials and campaigns (web, brochures, mailings, etc.)
  • Organize conferences/events for Industry Meetings
  • Contact speakers and attendees
  • Register attendees and prepare event materials
  • Assist participants, currently mainly online

Key Skills

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. If you are a detail-oriented and creative individual with a passion for industry insights, we encourage you to apply.
