We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Operations to join our team at Paper Street Media. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage and optimize our marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with our CMO to develop and execute our brand marketing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management
- Proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and dissect problems
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments
