About the Role:
- Invoice Review and Processing: As an Accounts Payable Trainee, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order prior to payment.
- Data Entry: You will perform data entry tasks related to invoices and general ledger, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Vendor Account Management: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining vendor accounts, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Dispute Management: You will track and resolve disputes related to invoices and credit notes, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: A finance or accounting-related degree or certification is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Data Entry: Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical calculations are required.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, both written and verbal.
