About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Europe, Middle East & Africa. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless order processing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders for spare parts and machines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Configure machines according to specifications provided by product specialists
  • Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and lead time requests
  • Liaise with technical departments worldwide for assistance with technical enquiries
  • Notify customers on order progress and shipping details
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to wrong parts shipped, short shipments, or damaged deliveries
  • Manage spreadsheet files and maintain up-to-date records
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good SAP and Excel skills, with experience in SAP Hana 4 and module SD
  • Fast learning ability and methodical approach
  • Good stress management and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of international shipping and customs regulations
  • Bilingual in English, with French or other languages a plus
