About the Role

As a Product Owner at SD Worx, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of our Lead to Cash tools. You will be responsible for effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within our product landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make final decisions on product development in close collaboration with your squad.
  • Illustrate business context, problem areas, and possible solution suggestions in collaboration with marketing excellence, sales operations, and Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
  • Validate product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our commercial excellence department.
  • Co-develop product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads.
  • Define and prioritize product backlog.
  • Responsible for sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
  • Implement product roadmap and release planning.
  • Ensure technical stability of the product.
  • Define product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and clarify requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
  • Participate in tribe's roadmap, program, and release planning.
  • Regular and structured reporting on Enterprise tools.
  • Team-focused collaboration in an international and agile team.
  • Ensure the team understands requirements correctly.
  • Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx.
  • Define necessary competences in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.
Requirements
  • University degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent through experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in analyzing sales and marketing processes and requirements.
  • Strong experience in product management.
  • +3 years of experience successfully working with CRM technologies.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams, also in other parts of the company.
  • System-thinking and handling.
  • Agile thinking and working is a given.
  • Pragmatic focus on result and achieving goals.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
  • Ability to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and prioritize these.
  • Professional knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing.
