At Johnson Controls International, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our IREF & HVAC sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience working in IREF/HVAC.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IREF/HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent English.
