Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Architect to join our team. As a key member of our CTO function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Lv architecture strategy and roadmap, aligned with our IT strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our technology solutions are fit for purpose and meet our business needs.
• Run the Lv architecture board (LAB) and be accountable for architecture governance at LAB and technical design authorities.
• Ensure that architecture as a service is effective within the CTO function.
Requirements:
• Proven skills in architecting large, complex solutions, preferably within the financial services domain.
• Wide understanding of different vendor systems, services, IT technologies, and their relevance, merits, and positioning.
• Experience working with diverse parties, including consultancy firms, outsourcing companies, devops teams, security teams, and 3rd party suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills to deconstruct the enterprise into views of the enterprise technical architecture, demonstrating alignment of business and IT strategies to business and technical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units.
• Good knowledge of industry trends and innovation.
