About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Architect to join our team at LV. As a key member of our CTO function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the LV Architecture strategy and roadmap, aligned to our IT Strategy and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our technology investments are effective and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead the LV Architecture Board (LAB) and be accountable for architecture governance at LAB and technical design authorities.
  • Work closely with the CTO to ensure that architecture as a service is effective within the CTO function.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in architecting large, complex solutions, preferably within the Financial Services domain.
  • Strong analytical skills to deconstruct the enterprise into views of the enterprise technical architecture, demonstrating alignment of business and IT strategies to business and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units.
  • Good knowledge of industry trends and innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others on a common task, taking actions considering the views of others.
