RETAIL FLOOR SUPERVISOR - adidas FO La Roca Village

We are seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor to oversee operations at our adidas FO La Roca Village location.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will ensure that all sales and profitability goals are met by:

  • Leading and coordinating store staff in your designated area to guarantee exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with daily operational guidelines for each sales floor.
  • Overseeing the restocking and arrangement of the sales area in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Monitoring the efficient functioning of the checkout section.
  • Providing customer service, information, and sales management assistance.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Sales proficiency with a proactive approach and teamwork spirit.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sports.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with effective communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • A degree relevant to our industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in direct customer engagement, preferably within the sports, streetwear, or casual fashion sectors.
  • At least one year of experience in managing a team.
