We are in search of a Floor Manager to oversee operations at our adidas FO La Roca Village store.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will ensure that all sales and profitability goals are met by:
- Coordinating and overseeing store staff in the designated area to guarantee exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with daily operational guidelines for each floor.
- Managing the replenishment and organization of the sales floor in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
- Supervising the efficient functioning of the checkout area.
- Providing customer service, information, and sales management support.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Sales proficiency, initiative, and teamwork.
- A genuine passion for sports.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with effective communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Education and Experience:
- A degree relevant to our industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct customer service, preferably within the sports, streetwear, or casual fashion sectors.
- At least one year of experience in managing a team.
