Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist & Copywriter to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances the user experience and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for various marketing channels, including web copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  2. Brand Voice: Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  3. SEO Optimization: Assist in the optimization of content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  4. Content Calendar: Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with business objectives and targets.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless content creation and deployment.
  6. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style to maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements

  1. Native English Speaker: Excellent writing and communication skills.
  2. Advanced Spanish Level: Strong understanding of the language and ability to write for different channels and formats.
  3. Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably within the marketing or advertising industries.
  4. Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to write SEO-friendly copy.
  5. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Real Estate and Hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
