Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Plans: Create and implement communication plans that align with our business objectives and engage our employees through a multi-channel approach.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with our employees and supports our business goals.
  • Coordinate Communication Activities: Coordinate a wide range of communication activities, including town halls, presentations, talking points, leadership messages, video content, web content, and organizational announcements.
  • Manage Messaging Platforms: Ensure that our messaging platforms, intranet, and assets are up-to-date and effective in communicating our message.
  • Pitch Ideas and Hypotheses: Develop and pitch ideas and hypotheses about how to effectively communicate with stakeholders and foster engagement and brand favorability.
  • Write and Edit Content: Write and edit content and communications for internal communication activities, including organizational messages and work with the dispatch team to publish and distribute on the appropriate channels.
  • Seek Compelling Stories: Actively seek out compelling stories that underpin our people strategy and corporate responsibility agenda.
  • Develop Communications Materials: Develop high-quality, accurate communications materials for various audiences, including PR releases, newsletters, presentations, speeches, talking points, organizational announcements, collateral material, multimedia, and web content.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of our communication strategies and tactics for continuous improvement, with clear KPIs to demonstrate ROI of internal communication activities.
Competencies Required
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the relationship between business and communication objectives, and develop communication plans that align with our business goals.
