Chubb Academy is a comprehensive 24-month career program offering a permanent contract, designed to equip successful candidates with essential skills pertinent to the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting across various products.
We advocate for experiential learning, thus most of your time will be spent engaging with our exceptional team members, complemented by structured educational and personal development opportunities.
Grasping the Essence of Underwriting
As an underwriting professional, you will acquire the ability to utilize advanced tools to assess the risks that Chubb can cover.
You will be positioned at the core of our operations, collaborating daily with diverse teams that facilitate the underwriting process. In this role, you will interact with clients and brokers, delivering consistent and outstanding service.
What we provide?
Chubb Academy serves as a foundational step towards an internationally oriented career, initially in property and casualty commercial insurance, with prospects of transitioning into a professional role within any sector of the organization. Throughout the 24-month period, successful candidates will allocate 20% of their time to structured learning and 80% to practical training. Training will encompass Chubb's Craftsmanship Curriculum along with other technical training relevant to the insurance sector, Chubb systems, and essential digital and business skills. Each participant will be paired with a mentor or buddy to guide them through early professional experiences. Where applicable, participants will engage in cross-border and cross-functional projects, broadening their network and gaining exposure to senior management.What you will acquire:

Underwriting expertise across a variety of insurance products. Customer-centric thinking aimed at maintaining a profitable portfolio and recognizing emerging market demands.
