**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our global Business Systems team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert-level support for our SAP SuccessFactors application, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilience, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Create and manage all aspects of users' application security, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactors.
  • Prepare and execute manual data migrations as requested, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities, ensuring our application remains cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process, ensuring a seamless and efficient rollout of new features and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics, including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights, driving business decisions and strategy.
  • Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment.
  • Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, development team, and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications:**

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Administrator credentials, with a strong understanding of system configuration and administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, and ticketing systems, including Freshworks and Jira.
  • Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Prior experience with additional business applications, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi, is a plus, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support.
