About the Role

Havas Media Group Spain Sau is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing data and technical expertise on data projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical & Data Expertise
    • Provide technical expertise to the product team, applying data and solutions to drive business growth.
    • Develop and maintain data expertise to perform segment mapping of data, ensuring seamless integration with global taxonomy.
    • Design and implement powerful visualizations to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with data experts to optimize processes and provide high-quality tools.
    • Develop functional and technical specifications for project tasks, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Automate daily tasks using technical scripting languages, improving efficiency and productivity.
    • Propose and develop statistical analysis to provide insightful metrics, supporting strategy and client teams.
  • Product Development
    • Work closely with the product team to define and integrate various data sources, ensuring seamless data flow.
    • Contribute to the improvement of ID and Non-ID databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, driving business growth and efficiency.
    • Take an active role in new product development and innovation, leveraging machine learning algorithms in Python.
    • Maintain, improve, and develop SQL, R, or Python scripts to generate standard results, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Knowledge in high-level data visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge in high-level technical languages (Python, R, SQL).
  • Knowledge in Data Science Algorithms.
  • Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and ability to initiate.
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
