As a UX Designer Patient Insights, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and priorities, and balance these with user needs.
- Partner with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to ensure designs meet user needs and are free from errors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, and provide design guidance and support to team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
