About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Solutions Development Lead to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Partner Specialists team, you will be responsible for leading the development and adoption of partner solutions in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to partners to integrate their capabilities and create solutions that drive solution discoverability and adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including partner managers, solution architects, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner solutions are effectively brought to market.
  • Contribute to the prioritization of partner solutions based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Support the delivery of programs and initiatives that scale the partner solution business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for ISVs, Consulting Partners, and other partners to develop differentiated offerings.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive business reviews and updates for leadership.

Requirements
  • Experience in EMEA partner ecosystem development with a focus on GSI.
  • Channel sales management or business development experience in the technology/cloud services industry.
  • Ability to build and grow profitable technology partnerships and ecosystems.
  • Experience creating and executing joint technology/cloud solution strategies with partners, EMEA go-to-market plans, and enablement programs with partners.
  • Experience managing EMEA GSI technology/cloud services programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within the AWS partner ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services, technologies, and partner programs.
  • Experience in specific industry verticals or horizontal use cases relevant to GenAI, Migrations, Security, and Customer experience applications.
  • Experience in solution selling, new business model development, and demonstrating prior solution and program successes.
