About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Development Trainee to join our HR Talent team at Affinity Petcare Sa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning and Development:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
- Identify learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
- Performance Management:
- Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve employee development.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Review and improve the transversal onboarding process, implementing feedback from onboarding surveys.
- Identify key moments of the employee journey where enhancements can be made to optimize the overall experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish.
