Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Description:
Our Finance and Accounting department plays a crucial role in enhancing TOMRA's overall value by delivering precise and high-quality financial results and information to internal stakeholders. As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and billing, supporting the seamless flow of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate and issue invoices to customers in a complete, consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Accounts Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyse AR aging reports.
- Customer Communication: Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any billing concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial results.
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
