Job Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting department. As an AR Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and billing, supporting the seamless flow of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue invoices to customers in a complete, consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record and reconcile customer payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customers.
  • Prepare and analyze AR aging reports.
  • Provide regular updates on receivables to management.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any billing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years in accounts receivable accounting role.
  • Skilled in effective communication, both spoken and written in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial results.
  • Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
  • Experience within the industrial sector is preferred but not essential.
